Red Hill/Edinger: A suburban area comprised of small (studio to two bedroom) to medium (three to four bedroom) apartment complexes/single family homes. Homes in this area are fairly new. The average rental price is $2,838, with a median home price of $716,588.

Red Hill/Copperfield Dr: An urban neighborhood with a mixture of owners and renters. Comprised of mostly small (one to two bedroom) to large (three to four bedroom) apartment complexes/high rise apartments, and small apartment buildings. Tustin is known for fantastic and consistent weather. The summers are warm and clear, while the winters are cool and partly cloudy. The yearly average high and low varies from 45 to 84, with the best weather stretching from April all the way to October. On average, Tustin holds only 36 days per year of rain!  

RESTAURANTS
Your first stop has to be Roma d’Italia– Tustin’s first and original family-owned Italian Restaurant. New York Style Pizzas and Authentic Italian Dishes, and kid friendly- Never disappoints. If you’re planning a date night, The Black Marlin & The Winery are both wonderful options. Go to Cream Pan for all your bakery needs- you’ll smell the croissants from the parking lot! If you’re going for a casual lunch, sandwiches at Mendocino Farms are incredible! Zov’s is great for an upscale lunch- a beautiful Mediterranean restaurant. Taco Tuesday must be spent at Moreno’s– a historic Mexican eatery featuring a garden patio- only a quick ten minutes away. Last but not least, you can’t miss the clam chowder from The Crab Cooker– A family-friendly seafood restaurant built in the 1950’s!
